Passage to Home, directed by Aaron Cilmi, is a short documentary film that fits perfectly with the times.
Indeed, it has as its main subject the human survival in the face of poverty with the consequence the radical change of life.
Through this film, the director evokes a fight to be waged for years to come with the result of a message of hope for anyone wishing to make a clean slate. Nothing is irreversible. Strength, courage, willpower and a project of life make it possible to move forward and leave behind a chaotic and inglorious past to head towards a bright and constructive future, even if the steps to achieve this remain painful.

Their testimonies, lulled by the movement of waves several times and some light notes of acoustic guitar, create a feeling of tranquility. A certain melancholy, wisdom and maturity are felt in them. Their words make it possible to make a connection between the past and the present, well illustrated by family photos as well as archive images. Mention the work on cinematography which is most aesthetic as well as on editing that harmonizes words and images to perfection.
This film is a nice journey with a neat atmosphere where the protagonists tell us about their lives that they have already lived well. The best seems to be coming...
